Web design training?

If you are considering training staff to update or create your website you will probably be looking at Dreamweaver courses.

There are a few reasons why this is probably not a good idea. Some of them are explored in this light hearted comic...

We build, improve, upgrade, manage or replace websites

Based in Leicester with it's central position and excellent transport links we can attend meetings easily and quickly in London, Sheffield, Birmingham etc.

Starting points:

We can provide most web services that you will see on any other sites. If we can't we'll quickly say so and why, as we have no wish to waste your time or ours. We do NOT subcontract.

Google Analytics (web stats) and SEO Googlecolour band

Page one on a Google search is massively important for most companies. We can offer a guaranteed result with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). We don't try to 'trick' search engines, we just make your site easier to be seen by search engines - and people with disabilities at the same time. All of our sites can have Google analytics so you can see who visits you and which pages are popular (and much much more). Whilst we're talking Google, please try our quick but informative business quiz on our home page.

Static or 'Content Managed'

Our web services are 'content managed' or 'static'. Content managed websites allow you to control some or all of the content via a simple interface that requires very little training to use.

Static websites or managed service websites rely on us to update the content at your request. Static websites are much less expensive to set up than content managed websites and can be the right choice if updates are to be few and far between or you are happier with a managed service. If you are considering training staff to use Dreamweaver you may find our little 'Bad Squirrel' comic strip below informative and amusing. If you are considering using Dreamweaver inhouse ask us why you probably shouldn't.
