Electrical testing
We offer certified Portable Appliance Testing to not for profits, social enterprises, voluntary sector organisation's and charities in the East midlands. We are fully City and Guilds 2377 qualified and we may be able to lower your current charges.
All employers should have all of their electrical appliances tested regularly by a competent person according to law. Anything with a plug on it needs testing and the results recording correctly.
We only test appliances within the sector as it is not our core business. The truth is it's a very dull job but it does need doing. We have seen some shocking (sorry) examples of hidden dangers and it is rewarding to find and fix them. We are also hopeful that we can talk to you about our other products and maybe even offer an informal IT Audit for free.
