Forms are used in most sites and allow users to communicate information to you, from simple feedback to complex application forms. ZCT can design and install any kind of form you wish.

One example of a complex form was an on-line application form for prospective healthcare and construction workers for Skillshare International. The form is in-depth by necessity and needs to have a mixture of required fields and logical choices that are generated by the users input. This 'logical validation' ensures completed forms are sent through to the office.

The site stores form input 'server side' so that users can fill in the form over several sessions if necessary. This was requested because users didn't want to have to start again with such a lengthy form.
